Starting today, Tuesday, July 21, ND Highway 23 traffic will be restricted to eastbound traffic from 12th Street NE (County Road 36) to just west of ND Highway 1806 east of Watford City to allow crews to perform milling and grading work.
During construction:
- Speeds will be reduced to 25 mph
- Westbound traffic should travel north on ND Highway 1806, before turning west on 17th Ave NE and south on County Road 36
Traffic restrictions will be in place throughout the construction season.
